    Almost Perfect

    I was extremely happy with the look of the bench, however, unfortunately the legs were not straight and bowed inwards when tightened. This was very visually noticeable. I was able to buy and use wood shims to resolve the issue and Sundays customer service was very responsive and helpful.

    Dinning Room

    Overall we could not be more pleased with the Form Bench, Field Dinning table and Chairs. Solid furniture and the walnut colour and grain is amazing.

    Karl, on the customer service side is exceptional. He has been helpful with exchanges, updates, etc. We swapped for the 10 person table and could not be happier.

    10/10 would recommend.

    Superb customer service

    I won’t be talking about the product because it’s exactly like the pictures. It sells itself and needs no further explanations.

    I will be talking about how great their customer service is. Daniel the customer service supervisor was amazing. My orders got delayed a few times due to production delays, and i was very upset. He was very patient with me and provided timely updates every time he promised. Funny thing is once there is a problem, the curse continues again and again. Problems continued with the delivery service but we finally got everything, and no matter how many problems there were, the beautiful products just made me stfu.
