Where do I begin? The moment we met Veronica I felt we were talking to someone who was genuine - kind, helpful and knowledgeable.. I felt all would be well in our “furniture journey” and I was right! We ordered the champagne get together sofa and it was delivered by two of the most courteous delivery men I’ve dealt with. However, after living with the sofa for a week, I felt the colour didn’t work within our room. I called Veronica who quickly said, “oh no, that’s not right. Let’s get you a colour that works and makes you happy. A straight exchange, no additional costs. I was delightfully surprised and once again, felt like a treasured customer/friend of Veronica’s. The entire transaction was a pleasure and I have been singing the praises of Sunday’s to those who compliment our sofa while sinking into the cozy, comfortable cushions.. we are enjoying it so much and it has become a family favourite, including our pet, Maggie the bichon.. I looked and researched many sofas and am 100% sure we made the right decision.. no regrets. Great company that values its products and more importantly , their customers.
