I waited for over one month for my carpet to arrive. I was so excited to receive it. I unrolled it today only to find light orange coloured watermark-looking stains all over the entire perimeter of the carpet. To say I’m incredibly disappointed is an understatement. I’ve emailed customer service and await a response.

Have had the rug for a month or two and so far I love it, seems to be holding up sell, and it looks and feels nice. The thinner pile works well in my office where I use a rolling chair and have the edges tucked under a desk. Would buy this one again or consider future designs with the same build style.

I've had this rug for a couple of weeks now, and I really love it! The look and style are really nice, and I think it would go well with most decor. More importantly, the quality is great. I haven't noticed any loose threads or anything, and I suspect it will hold up for a long time. It does shift a little on my hardwood floors, but that can be easily solved with an underlay (and tbh, I think the majority of area rugs benefit from an underlay anyway). I highly recommend!
