    Ugly & Cheap

    This couch was a major investment for me, so I was hoping it would be good quality and last a long time. Upon arrival, the seat cushion was very flat, yet the accent pillows were rock hard (this has not improved with use). I am incredibly disappointed that after only 5 months the couch is falling apart. The worst part is that somehow the back of the couch is extremely bowed, like it has a hunchback. I am a single person living alone, so it's not like this couch is getting a ton of rough use. It looks ugly and cheap, and I wish I had never purchased it.

    Super, duper comfy and the unique size (bigger than a loveseat, smaller than a regular sofa) works well for a semi-detached living room. Three people can easily sit on it and two can lie down full out, it's so deep. I agonized over this purchase as I've never spent so much on a sofa, but this is well worth it. The smell of the feathers at first was a bit off-putting, but that's fading. The comfort is not though. Easy to fluff up the pillows and so far it's wearing very well.

    Seat cushion is a nightmare

    The seat cushion will never look good unless you don't sit on the couch. The casing will alway look misaligned and filling will never be even unless you fluff it after every sit. I'm going to look to see if I can find foam to fill the casing and remove the filling. This couch should just use foam for the seat pillow. Lots of trouble for the price, but if you want this exact look at this size, this is the only option.

    Dream couch

    Amazing experience. Went to the queen street store first. Went home and ordered online- delivery was a breeze. They called the day before to arrange drop off time, came in set it up and took all garbage. The couch is so comfy. I recommend rotating the cushion so it doesn’t wear down or get any unusual use!
